What is the Digital Kit?
The Government of Spain, through the European funds, has approved the Digital Kit Programme of aids for the digitisation of the Spanish companies, to subsidise the implementation of digital Solutions, meaning, of digital services that enable to improve the digital maturity level of the SMEs and self-employed workers from anywhere in the country.
How does this aid programme work for the companies?

Through several calls, the companies can request their aid in a digital Voucher format, to invest in one or several of the 12 digital Solutions set in the Digital Kit Programme:
How to request the Digital Kit for your company?

Submit the application when your call is launched
To request the aids, the companies must submit their application at the corresponding call, according to the number of workers had. To know the number of workers, the average Headcount registered by the Social Security system has to be considered (a company may have 49.5 workers, if anyone does not work a full 8-hour day, for instance)
The higher the number of workers, the higher the amount of aids
Depending on the number of workers the companies have, they can qualify for more or less money in their Digital Voucher.
Segment I: Companies that have between 10 (inclusive) up to less than 50 employees. Digital voucher: 12,000€ - OPEN CALL FROM MARCH 15 UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15 -
Segment II: Companies that have between 3 (inclusive) up to less than 10 employees. Digital voucher: 6,000€ - THE CALL IS OPEN FROM AUGUST 2. DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FROM SEPTEMBER 2 -
Segment III: Companies with less than 3 employees. The self-employed workers are included. Digital voucher: 2,000€ - THE CALL IS OPEN FROM OCTOBER 20.
It is important to submit the application as soon as each call for application is launched, as these aids are processed in strict order of submission of applications, until the funds allocated for each call are exhausted.
